Starting out or tidying up

If you are starting out in business, setting up a new charity to further a cause that you care about or are new to the Self Assessment tax regime for individuals, you might be looking for support in understanding your responsibilities and the tools available to you to get you off to an orderly start. We have extensive experience in supporting new starters to break down barriers and work on solutions that suit their circumstances.

Or perhaps things have gotten out of hand a little, or a lot. We can support our clients to damage control, analyse what has gone wrong, get straightened out and going forward implement processes that do work.

Established businesses

We are positioned to offer a comprehensive range of services to the more established small business.

From the day to day management of sales and credit control, keeping an orderly record of transactions, to managing your payroll and your VAT, to tax planning and compliance with your responsibilities as business owners, to helping you identify and harness opportunities for growth, we can give as little or as much support as you require.

Charities

We pride ourselves on the work we have done with some of our charity clients over the years in the capacity of an invisible support act behind the scenes.

We can assist small charities with navigating the compliance and governance of their organisation, as well as help manage the financial records, reporting requirements, analyse financial data and process Gift Aid.

We do also work with charities to prepare their statutory financial statements from their own records, and to perform Independent Examinations where required.

Individuals

We work with individuals within the Self Assessment tax regime, currently heavily focussing on preparing for the Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD ITSA) reform with those of clients who are within the scope.

We are also well connected to support high earners to optimise the tax breaks available to them and have experience in supporting tax payers with international tax affairs.
